North Korea will play Italy on September 24th in the world under-17 soccer championships in Peru.
Soccer's world governing body FIFA on Sunday announced the groupings for the the event.
The North joins Italy, the United States and Cote d'Ivoire in Group C.
In the 1966 World Cup, the North pulled off one of the most shocking upsets in sports history by beating Italy, 1-0, to earn a quarterfinals berth.
