The coach of Manchester United expects new midfielder Park Ji-Sung to become an "instant hit."

Sir Alex Ferguson told The Manchester Evening News Wednesday that the 24-year-old player can jumpstart the team's midfield and improve penetration, and will receive every opportunity to prove himself.

Ferguson also called Park a very mobile player who can play either wide right or wide left in providing a great alternative to strikers Cristiano Ronaldo and Ryan Giggs.
