Pro male boxers from North Korea will fight South Korean opponents this September for the first time in Seoul.

The Korea Boxing Committee on Wednesday said the North announced the dispatch of five male and three female boxers for the event.

Female boxers from the two Koreas have already held matches in Shenyang, China, and Pyongyang.
