Wingback Lee Young-pyo is likely to leave the Dutch league champion PSV Eindhoven.

His agent Kim Dong-kuk told a local newspaper Tuesday that Lee is unhappy over the team's terms of a contract extension offer.

Kim said three English Premier League teams Everton, Newcastle and Aston Villa have expressed interest in the player but that a transfer to Manchester United is unlikely.
