Michelle Wie is a threat to win the Women's US Open as she finished tied for second place Friday after two rounds.

Shooting an even-142, Wie and Lorena Ochoa are only two shots behind leader Nicole Perrot in Englewood, Colorado.

The runner-up at the LPGA Championship, the 15-year-old Wie last advanced to the final group of a major at the Kraft Nabisco Championship two years ago.
