The management agency for Park Ji-sung says the sought-after midfielder has decided to join Manchester United.

FS Corporation on Wednesday said Park told company president Lee Cheol-ho, now in the Netherlands, of his decision and that Lee will tell the player's current team, PSV Eindhoven.

FS also said Park will convey his intent to move in talks Wednesday with PSV coach Guus Hiddink and the Dutch team's staff given his desire to play on a bigger European stage.

PSV said Park's transfer will not come cheap, with experts estimating a price of three million to five million pounds from United.

But the Manchester Evening News recently said United's rival Chelsea FC could bid up to ten million pounds.
