The Suwon Samsung Bluewings has shot up in the world rankings of pro soccer teams.
The team tied for 119th place with NK Gorica of Slovenia in the June rankings of the Germany-based International Federation of Football History and Statistics.
Ranked 243rd place in May, Suwon trailed only Shandong Luneng Taishan of China in the Asian region.
Meanwhile, PSV Eindhoven of the Netherlands rose seven spots to sixth place, tied with Newcastle United of England.
