The Texas Rangers pitcher gave up six hits and no walks in seven innings in beating the visiting Houston Astros, 2-0.

Under searing temperatures in the upper 90s, he suffered cramps in his upper hamstring before the seventh, and received an IV to replenish fluids after the game.

Park also struck out two and lowered his earned run average to 4.61.
