Soccer's world governing body FIFA will send a security supervisor to the June 8th World Cup qualifier between North Korea and Japan.

Japan's sports dailies including Nikkan Sports on Tuesday said FIFA official Walter Gag will oversee the match in Bangkok, Thailand.

FIFA very rarely sends a security expert to a regional World Cup qualifier.
