PSV Eindhoven has offered star midfielder Lee Young-pyo a four-year extension.

The player's agent Kim Dong-guk on Wednesday said he is mulling the offer, but will consider other teams should both sides fail to reach an agreement.

Lee's one-year deal expires in June next year, but has a one-year option.

His agent said Premier League teams expressed interest in Lee during his recent visit to England and can offer a yearly salary of one-point-five million euros.

He said PSV believes Lee's transfer value is four million euros, but may take anything over two million euros after July given the likelihood of the player's eventual departure.
