FIFA Relocates World Cup Match

Soccer's world governing body has moved a June 8th World Cup qualifier between North Korea and Japan to a neutral venue without spectators.

On Friday, FIFA also fined the North's soccer association 20 thousand Swiss francs.

The North can appeal the decision within three days.

The sanction came after fans rioted in Pyongyang after the North's successive losses to Bahrain and Iran in late March.

FIFA has also ordered Iran to play its June 3rd home game against the North in a stadium with under 50 thousand fan capacity.
