Pitchers Have Big Night in Big Apple

US Major League Baseball pitchers Park Chan-ho and Seo Jae-woong on Saturday both had big nights in the Big Apple.

Park of the Texas Rangers allowed just three hits and one earned run in helping his team beat the host New York Yankees 10-2.

He pitched six and two-thirds innings in raising his record to 2-1 and lowering his earned run average to 4.24.

Also in New York, Seo of the Mets allowed just one hit in his first win of the season against the Washington Nationals.

Recently called up from the minor leagues, Seo gave up six hits in six innings in his team's 10-5 win. He also drove in two runs with a hit in the bottom of the fifth inning.

Last season, Seo went 5-10 with a 4.90 ERA for the Mets.
