South Korean speed skater Jin Sun-yu came out on top in two events of the 2004-2005 short track speed skating World Cup championship held in Spisska Nova Ves, Slovakia.

Jin won the women's 1,000-meter as well as 1,500-meter event, defending her title for two straight years in the championship which wrapped up on Sunday.

South Korea's Ahn Hyun-soo was also victorious in the men's 3,000-meter event while Yeo Soo-yeon won a gold in the women's 3,000-meter race.

Meanwhile, the United States won the men's 5,000-meter relay while China took first place in the women's 3,000-meter relay.
