South Korea's under-21 men's football team has secured a spot in the semifinals of the Qatar Youth Invitational with a three-to-two win over Ukraine.

Up-and-coming South Korean striker Park Chu-young spearheaded his team's victory over Ukraine in a second group league match held at the Al-Arabi Stadium in Doha, Qatar on Tuesday.

With two consecutive victories in hand, the South Korean team has secured a ticket to the semifinals, regardless of the outcome of its final group league match with Norway scheduled for Wednesday.
