The Korea Science and Engineering Foundation (KSEF) says it plans to set up a branch office in Stockholm, Sweden in the first half of the year.

Once established, the Stockholm branch will become the KSEF's third overseas branch office, following others in Washington and Tokyo.

The new branch will be in charge of collecting academic information related to the Nobel Prize as well as scientific movements in North European countries, including Sweden. The office will also invite to South Korea those in charge of recommending and judging Nobel Prize candidates.
