Samsung Electronics, the world’s No. 2 mobile phone manufacturer, said Thursday it will launch a new mobile phone with speech-to-text conversion capabilities.

It will be the world's first cellphone equipped with a speech-to-text feature, and will enable users to send text messages using just their voices.

The new phones will debut on the U.S. market starting in late February. The company says people who are not used to sending text messages using existing mobile phones, or who are busy walking or driving, will be able to easily send text messages with the new phone.
