Former South Korean soccer star Hong Myung-bo will be featured on the 2005 FIFA calendar.
The Korea Football Association says Hong posed for the picture gracing the calendar's month of April in a white striped shirt and black shorts.
Other players featured on the calendar include Germany's Michael Ballack, the Netherlands's Edgar Davis and Argentina's Gabriel Batistuta.
As the captain of South Korea's national soccer squad, Hong played a leading role in guiding the team to the semi-finals of the 2002 World Cup cohosted by South Korea and Japan.
