Two Olympic Gold Medalists Chosen as Athletes of the Year

Two of South Korea's Olympic gold medalists have been chosen as “Athletes of the Year.”
Yoo Seung-min and Park Seong-hyun, who won gold medals in table tennis and women’s archery respectively at the Athens Olympics, received Best Athlete awards from the Korea Sports Reporters Federation on Thursday.
The Best Coach award was given to Lim Young-cheol who headed the nation’s women’s handball team at Athens.
Hong Seok-man and Jang Mi-ran, who won a gold medal at the Athens Paralympics and a silver medal at women’s weight lifting respectively, received the Best Record awards.
LPGA star Grace Park was honored with the Best Professional Athlete award.
