South Korea's national soccer team will be heading to Los Angeles early next year to train for the upcoming final round of preliminary matches prior to the 2006 World Cup finals in Germany.

The Korea Football Association said the Korean team will be playing against local club teams and a friendly match against the U.S. national team to prepare for the qualifying rounds starting from February.
