South Korea's athletic delegation to the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games has arrived in Milan.

The 38-member delegation arrived at the Milan Malpensa Airport on Saturday, Korea time.

A separate seven-member delegation is set to arrive in the resort town of Cortina d'Ampezzo which will host the bobsleigh, skeleton and luge events.

A total of 71 South Korean athletes will compete in the upcoming Olympics with the aim of grabbing three gold medals and ranking within the top ten in the medal tally.

The last time South Korea ranked within the top ten in a Winter Olympic Games was in the 2018 winter Olympics in PyeongChang when it came in seventh.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games will kick off on February 6 and run through February 22.
