President Lee Jae Myung is set to meet business leaders from South Korea and the United Arab Emirates(UAE) to discuss bilateral economic cooperation.

According to the presidential office, Lee will attend a business roundtable in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday morning.

Following his summit Tuesday with Sheik Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, president of the UAE, Lee is expected to call for deeper collaboration across defense, energy, advanced technology and arts and culture.

Top South Korean executives, including Samsung Electronics Chairman Lee Jae-yong and Hyundai Motor Group Executive Chair Chung Eui-sun, are expected to attend.

In the afternoon, Lee will visit the Akh unit, a South Korean military contingent stationed in the UAE.

The visit marks the final stop of Lee’s three-day state visit to the UAE before the president departs for Egypt.
