A total of 656 online government services have been restored as of Monday morning, more than a month after a fire at a state data center in Daejeon disrupted 709 state administrative systems.

According to the Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters, the overall restoration rate reached 92-point-five percent as of 9 a.m. Monday.

All of the highest-priority, or grade one, systems and 94-point-one percent of grade two services have now been restored.

The government plans to complete the system restoration at the National Information Resources Service by the end of the month and to relocate some systems to Daegu by the end of the year.

The blaze broke out at the data center on the night of September 26 after a worker attempted to replace a lithium battery.
