A promotional video for this year's Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation(APEC) summit in Gyeongju features a lineup of notable figures in South Korean entertainment, including K-pop artist and honorary summit ambassador G-Dragon.

The video released on Thursday by the Gyeongju summit preparatory office featured Cannes-winning director Park Chan-wook and former Manchester United midfielder Park Ji-sung in addition to the BigBang member.

The clip, which has no dialogue, shows G-Dragon operating a plane, representing the country, at an airport and lining up the aircraft alongside those of other nations that are set to attend the summit.

President Lee Jae Myung makes a cameo as a marshaller who helps guide planes into their parking slots, after which the video ends with the message, "The World Comes to Korea."

The Gyeongju APEC summit is set to run from October 31 to November 1.
