President Lee Jae Myung is set to hold a press conference on Thursday to mark his 100th day in office.

A day ahead of the media event, Lee Kyu-youn, presidential secretary for public relations and communications, said the president intends to take as many questions as possible.

The press conference is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. and last for 90 minutes, but could run longer if needed.

The theme of the conference is “100 Days for Recovery, Growth for the Future.”

The question-and-answer session will be divided into three areas: the economy; politics, diplomacy and security; and society and culture.

Lee said the president will focus on outlining his plans for new growth engines, employment, housing, and stock market measures, while also addressing key issues affecting people's livelihoods and the economy.
