The Korean Olympic Committee (KOC) is to hold a reception in Athens Wednesday attended by officials from the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and National Olympic Committees of various nations.
IOC President Jacques Rogge, some 201 NOC chairmen and secretary-generals and many other senior Olympic officials will attend the reception hosted by the head of KOC Lee Yeon-taek.
High-ranking sports officials from Pyongyang are also expected to participate in the event, which will naturally lead to talks of sport exchange between the two Koreas.
