President Yoon Suk Yeol’s entire Cabinet was said to have expressed intent to resign on Wednesday, a day after Yoon declared  martial law and subsequently lifted it.

A government official said all Cabinet members expressed their stance to Prime Minister Han Duck-soo. 

Currently, the Cabinet consists of 19 members, excluding the president and the prime minister.
