Ha Seung-jin, the first South Korean to be drafted into the National Basketball Association (NBA), returned home early Wednesday for a ten-day visit before heading back to the U.S next month.
Ha - who is 2.23-meters tall and still growing - was nabbed as the 47th overall pick in the second round by the Portland Trailblazers during last week's NBA draft in New York. Ha is the tallest basketball player in South Korea, and played center for Seoul's Yonsei University before declaring his eligibility for the draft.
