The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index(KOSPI) fell 33-point-06 points, or one-point-23 percent, on Friday, ending the week at two-thousand-644-point-51.

The tech-heavy KOSDAQ also fell, losing 15-point-84 points, or one-point-76 percent, to close at 884-point-22.

On the foreign exchange, the local currency weakened six-point-four won against the dollar, ending the week at one-thousand-272-point-seven won.
