Some delayed shipments of the Moderna vaccine will arrive in the next two weeks. 

According to authorities on Sunday, Moderna informed the government the previous day that it will supply seven-point-01 million vaccine doses by September 5. 

One-point-01 million doses will arrive at Incheon International Airport on Monday, followed by six million doses in batches. 

The government explained that it would be receiving eight-point-31 million Moderna doses between August 1 and the first week of September. 

However, Moderna will still be late in supplying some two-point-15 million doses it had promised to ship in August, which will be forwarded to September. 

The announcement comes after a government delegation recently visited Moderna headquarters in the U.S. to protest the delay in shipments.
