The World Cup Memorial Hall is to be built at Sang-Am Dong, inside Seoul's World Cup Stadium, with construction slated to be completed by May of 2005.
Seoul Municipal City officials said Wednesday that they will conduct an open bid among the public in order to select the hall's design.
The officials also said they will designate the winning design by May of this year and break ground on construction sometime around September.
