South Korea's main bourse has ended the year with another all-time high record. 

The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index(KOSPI) rose 52-point-96 points, or one-point-88 percent, on Wednesday, to close at two-thousand-873-point-47, hitting a fresh high for the fourth day in a row. 

The tech-heavy KOSDAQ also rose, gaining eleven-point-01 points, or one-point-15 percent, to close at 968-point-42. 

On the foreign exchange, the local currency strengthened five-point-eight won against the dollar, ending the session at one-thousand-86-point-three won.
