South Korea's leading stock market has hit an all-time high for the third day in a row. 

The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index(KOSPI) closed up eleven-point-91 points, or zero-point-42 percent, on Tuesday, ending the day at two-thousand-820-point-51. 

The tech-heavy KOSDAQ also rose, gaining 30-point-41 points, or three-point-28 percent, to close at 957-point-41. 

On the foreign exchange, the local currency strengthened four-point-six won against the dollar, ending the session at one-thousand-92-point-one won.
