KOSPI Ends Wednesday Down 0.05%

South Korea's main stock index inched down after hitting an all-time high just a day earlier.

The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index(KOSPI) fell one-point-36 points, or zero-point-05 percent, on Thursday, ending the day at two-thousand-770-point-43.

The tech-heavy KOSDAQ rose, however, gaining four-point-39 points, or zero-point-47 percent, to close at 944-point-04.  

On the foreign exchange, the local currency strengthened zero-point-seven won against the dollar, ending the session at one-thousand-93-point-three won.
