KOSPI Ends Tuesday Down 1.62%

South Korea's benchmark stock index tumbled more one-point-five percent on Tuesday, after hitting all-time highs for five consecutive work days. 

The Korea Composite Stock Price Index(KOSPI) fell 44-point-51 points, or one-point-62 percent, ending the day at two-thousand-700-point-93.

The tech-heavy KOSDAQ also fell, losing 20-point-04 points, or two-point-16 percent, to close at 906-point-84. 

On the foreign exchange counter, the local currency weakened three-point-three won against the U.S. dollar, ending the session at one-thousand-85-point-four won.
