The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index(KOSPI) rose 30-point-37 points, or one-point-34 percent, on Friday, ending the week at two-thousand-304-point-59.

The tech-heavy KOSDAQ also rose four-point-87 points, or point-62 percent, to close at 796-point-01. 

On the foreign exchange, the local currency strengthened point-six won against the dollar, ending the session at one-thousand-186-point-three won.
