​The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index(KOSPI) rose three-point-85 points, or zero-point-17 percent, on Thursday, closing at two-thousand-267-point-01.

The tech-heavy KOSDAQ also rose, gaining five-point-60 points, or zero-point-69 percent, ending at 814-point-19. 

On the foreign exchange counter, the Korean won weakened one-point-three won against the dollar, ending the session at one-thousand-194-point-four won.
