The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index(KOSPI) fell point-15 points, or point-01 percent, on Thursday. It ended the day at one-thousand-928-point-61.

The tech-heavy KOSDAQ rose, gaining nine-point-77 points, or one-point-48 percent, to close at 668-point-17. 

On the foreign exchange, the local currency weakened two-point-nine won against the dollar, ending the session at one-thousand-225-point-zero won.
