The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index(KOSPI) fell point-01 points, or zero-point-zero-zero percent, on Thursday. It ended the day at one-thousand-857-point-07.

The tech-heavy KOSDAQ rose, gaining 13-point-14 points, or two-point-15 percent, to close at 623-point-43. 

On the foreign exchange, the local currency weakened eleven-point-four won against the dollar, ending the session at one-thousand-228-point-seven won.
