The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index(KOSPI) lost 66 points, or three-point-04 percent, on Thursday on jitters over U.S.-China trade tensions. It ended the day at two-thousand-102-point-01. 

The tech-heavy KOSDAQ also fell, losing 21-point-15 points, or two-point-84 percent, to close at 724-point-22. 

On the foreign exchange, the local currency weakened ten-point-four won against the dollar, ending the session at one-thousand-179-point-eight won.
