The government has maintained its assessment that the nation's economy is continuously on the path of recovery amid concerning job data and slowing investment and consumption. 

In its monthly economic report for July released on Friday, the Finance Ministry said that overall industrial output has posted growth for the second straight month, keeping its view that the economy continues to see a recovery from last December. 

The ministry said though the world economy is improving and exports are brisk, risk factors remain, including tough domestic employment conditions, global trade disputes, a rise in global oil prices and an acceleration in the U.S.' interest rate hikes.
