The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development(OECD) has predicted South Korea will maintain an annual growth in the three-percent range.

In an economic outlook report released on Wednesday, the OECD said the country’s economy will grow three percent for both this year and next year. They are the same figures provided in the organization’s previous outlook report in November.

The OECD said South Korea will maintain a robust growth nearing its potential growth thanks to strong exports and expansionary fiscal policies. Easing tension with the North was also cited as another positive factor for the fourth largest Asian economy.

The organization cited potential expansion of trade protectionism overseas and slowing investment in the domestic real-estate market as risky factors.
