Seoul home prices have posted a record high increase for the month of February. 
 
The Korea Appraisal Board said Friday that the prices of the homes in the capital, on average, were zero-point-94 percent higher from January. 

It is the highest on-month growth recorded in February since the related data began to be compiled in 2004. It is also the highest monthly growth since logging one-point-12 percent growth in September of 2009. 

Nationwide, the average house price rose by zero-point-two percent from January, the highest since the government announced major antispeculation real estate policies last August.
