GM Korea's Domestic Sales Plunge 48% in February

General Motors Korea, the South Korean unit of the U.S. automaker, says sales fell 19 percent in February from a year ago.

GM Korea sold 36-thousand-725 vehicles in February, with domestic sales down by 48 percent to 58-hundred units. 

February GM Korea exports also fell more than nine percent to some 30-thousand-920 units.

GM Korea's sales for the first two months of the year have dropped 14 percent from the same period last year to just over 79-thousand-120 vehicles.
