North Korea's 140-member art troupe is prepping for their first musical performance in the Olympic sub-host city of Gangneung.
The art troupe rehearsed for nearly nine hours on Wednesday ahead of the concert which starts at 8 p.m. at the Gangneung Arts Center.
Among the songs the group is set to perform is South Korean singer Choi Jin-hee's tune "Journey." Choi is said to have been one of late North Korean leader Kim Jong-il's favorite singers and performed in the North three times.
The North Korean performers will also likely play other popular South Korean pieces, including Shim Soo-bong's "Man Is Ship, Woman Is Port" and ballad singer Lee Sun-hee's "To J."
Other music pieces featured in the concert will be "Our Hope is Unification," and the Korean folk song Arirang.
The art troupe is expected to end the concert with "Auld Lang Syne."
Thursday's concert marks the first time in sixteen years that North Korean performers will stage a concert in South Korea.
