The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index(KOSPI) on Monday rose 15-point-76 points, or point-63 percent, closing the day at two-thousand-513-point-28.
The tech-heavy KOSDAQ also surged, adding eleven-point-48 points to break the 830 threshold for the first time in 15 years. It closed the day at 839-point-51.
