North Korea’s top officials handling the development and production of the country’s military weapons, including nuclear weapons and missiles, have reportedly pledged allegiance to North Korean leader Kim Jong-un to strengthen the country's nuclear weapons program. 

The North’s official Korean Central News Agency(KCNA) said the participants were attending the eighth Conference of the Munitions Industry held in Pyongyang.

They also said they will not to forget they are at the forefront in the North’s defense industry and will become “flag bearers and assault troops to pave the boulevard of Juche, or self-reliance, revolution.”
