The National Tax Service on Monday says more than eleven-point-three trillion won of revenues are overdue by more than a year.

About 15-thousand individuals account for more than 70 percent of that amount.

About six-thousand companies are to blame for the rest, according to the Tax Service.

The list of habitual tax delinquents includes those whose unpaid taxes exceed 200 million won. 
Delinquents were disclosed to the public after they were given six months to specify why they couldn't pay up.

The tax authority said it has litigated 306 entities this year and referred 194 individuals to the prosecution.
