President Moon Jae-in and U.S. President Donald Trump held phone talks on Wednesday to discuss responses to North Korea's missile launch earlier in the day. 

According to foreign media, the White House said the two leaders stressed that the missile launch threatens South Korea, the U.S. as well as the entire world. 

It said that Moon and Trump reaffirmed their strong condemnation of the North's reckless nuclear and missile development and agreed that such weapons weaken the regime's security and intensify its diplomatic and economic isolation.
