South Korea's Han Hee-won beat our American Wendy Ward at the Wendy's Championship for Children Monday local time, claiming her second victory on the U.S. LPGA tour in three weeks.

Han made a 25-foot birdie putt on the third hole of a sudden death playoff Monday, finishing at 17-under-par 199 to collect a $165,000 winner's check.

Han became the third Korean woman to win two victories or more on the U.S. LPGA tour in one year.

She is also the eighth Korean woman to win on the U.S. tour since Koo Ok-hee notched the country's first victory in 1988.
