The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index(KOSPI) on Wednesday rose seven-point-55 points, or point-32 percent, to close at two-thousand-372-point-29. 

The tech-heavy KOSDAQ also rose, gaining one-point-04 points, or point-16 percent. It closed the day at 655. 

On the foreign exchange market, the value of the local currency strengthened two-point-two won against the U.S. dollar, closing at one-thousand-124-point-two won.
